In order to effectively fulfil all responsibilities assigned by law to him, the President of the Council of Ministers relies upon the cooperation of two collective bodies: the Inter-ministerial Committee on Intelligence and Security (C.I.I.S.) and the Executive Committee for the Intelligence and Security Services (C.E.S.I.S.).
